Summary:

A Phase 3B, Single-Arm, Open-Label Study to Evaluate Bone Mineral Density with Long-Term use of study medication in Premenopausal Women with Heavy Menstrual Bleeding associated with Uterine Fibroids or Moderate to Severe Pain associated with Endometriosis. 



Criteria:
  • Premenopausal women 18-50 years old
  • A diagnosis of uterine fibroids or diagnosis of endometriosis
  • BMI >18 kg
  • No history of Cushing's Syndrome, Rheumatoid Arthritis, or metabolic bone disease
  • No history of low trauma fracture
  • No current or history of breast cancer
  • No history of organ transplatation or history of bone marrow diseases
