Summary:
A Phase 3B, Single-Arm, Open-Label Study to Evaluate Bone Mineral Density with Long-Term use of study medication in Premenopausal Women with Heavy Menstrual Bleeding associated with Uterine Fibroids or Moderate to Severe Pain associated with Endometriosis.
Criteria:- Premenopausal women 18-50 years old
- A diagnosis of uterine fibroids or diagnosis of endometriosis
- BMI >18 kg
- No history of Cushing's Syndrome, Rheumatoid Arthritis, or metabolic bone disease
- No history of low trauma fracture
- No current or history of breast cancer
- No history of organ transplatation or history of bone marrow diseases
