Summary:

A Phase 2, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Multicenter, Parallel-Group Study to Evaluate the Efficacy, Safety and Tolerability of CIN-103 in Adults with Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Predominant Diarrhea (IBS-D)

Criteria:

1) Adult age 18 years or older

2) Have a diagnosis of IBS-D

3) Expect to have no change to lifestyle, exercise routine, and/or diet during study participation

4) Willingness to complete a daily e-diary


Qualified Participants May Receive:

$56 cash for each completed visit. The study treatment period will last 12 weeks, and you will come to the study site every two to four weeks for Five study visits.

At Visit 5, the study staff will notify you if you have completed more than 75% of your electronic participant diary entries at this timepoint. If confirmed, study staff will give you a $50 gift card. If you have not completed more than 75% of your electronic participant diary entries, for any reason, you will not receive the $50 gift card.

·         At the End of Treatment visit, Visit 7, the study staff will notify you if you have completed more than 75% of your electronic participant diary entries at this timepoint noted above and give you a $50 gift card. If you have not completed more than 75% of your electronic participant diary entries, for any reason, you will not receive the $50 gift card.
