Summary:
Asthma is a chronic lung condition that causes inflammation and narrowing of the airways, making it difficult to breathe. Common symptoms include wheezing, coughing, shortness of breath, and chest tightness. Asthma can be triggered by allergens, exercise, cold air, or respiratory infections. While it cannot be cured, it can be managed effectively with medications and lifestyle adjustments.
