Summary:

This is a yearlong study for patients with severe Gout/Gout pain. There are 12 office visits over the 1-year period. Gout medication will be provided at no cost. 


Qualified Participants Must:

• Diagnosed with Gout and taking Allopurinol every day for the last 3 months (300mg or more).
• Must have had at least 2 Gout flares in the last 12 months. BMI 18.5-45. Have a Uric Acid of 6.5 or greater.


Qualified Participants May Receive:

 Patients will receive at no cost, Study medication as well as already approved Gout medication, study related tests and exams as well as compensation up to $75. for time and travel for each visit.

Transportation may be provided.
