Research Study 64539

NATIONWIDE

Summary:

Stroke - At Home Study

Share Your Story to Advance Stroke Recovery Research

Have you experienced a stroke and are still living with challenges in arm or hand movement? Your experience matters — and it can help improve future care and support for stroke survivors.
We’re inviting adults who experienced a stroke more than 6 months ago to take part in a 60-minute online interview as part of a patient experience study. This is not a clinical trial — it’s a research activity where your story and feedback will help shape better rehabilitation tools, therapies, and support programs.

Why Join?

 • Make a difference: Your voice will directly inform research, innovation, and support services for people living with post-stroke impairments.
 • Participate from home: Interviews are conducted virtually at a time that works for you.
 • Get paid fairly and fast: Earn $120 USD for the 60-minute interview, with payment issued within 48 hours of completing the session.

Who We’re Looking For:

 • Adults aged 18–75
 • U.S. residents
 • English-speaking and able to share experiences comfortably in a virtual interview
 • Experienced a stroke more than 6 months ago
 • Have moderate to severe upper limb impairment as a result of the stroke (will be confirmed through a brief video prescreening)
 • Able to passively open the affected hand
 • Have sensation in the affected arm
