Bipolar Disorder - Hamilton NJ

Bipolar Disorder causes people to swing between periods of elevated mood: “Mania” and Depression. Are you on medication for Bipolar, yet still feeling depressed. This study is evaluating a new treatment for Bipolar Disorder, to be added to Mood Stabilizers in patients currently going through an episode of Depression.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be between 18-65 years of age
• Have a diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder and currently taking medication for it
• Having a depressive episode and still feeling depressed despite taking regular medication
• Not use recreational drugs, including Marijuana, Cocaine etc.


Qualified Participants May Receive:

- Free Brain MRI

- Free Comprehensive Blood tests and heart monitoring

- Every participant receives the new treatment; NO PLACEBO

- Compensation for time and travel; Participants will be reimbursed up to $1000 over 8 weeks while enrolled in the study. Meals will be provided at every study visit.
