Study Summary:

Novara Clinical Research is looking for subjects to participate in a clinical research study of an investigational drug vs. placebo (an inactive substance) for people with chronic constipation.

This study lasts approximately 4 weeks and has approximately 6 office visits. One of our staff will be happy to give you further information regarding this study and will schedule you an appointment so you may review the study in more detail with one of our study physicians. Qualified Participants Must:

• Be between 18 and 75 years of age
• Have had symptoms constipation for at least 3 months
• Have fewer than 3 BM’s per week
• Not have been diagnosed or treated for cancer in the last 5 years (treated basal or squamous cell skin cancer is ok)


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Study-related drugs (may include placebo), lab work, and study-related physical exams are provided to participants in this study at no cost. Compensation is available to qualified participants for each completed visit for time and travel.
