For many women, menopause is just the beginning of the aging process. In fact, many post-menopausal women experience annoying and uncomfortable hot-flashes that may interfere with day to day activities.
Dr. Arthur S. Waldbaum of Downtown Women's Health Care is testing an investigational non-hormonal drug to determine if it safely and effectively treats this symptom.
If you are 40 or older, post menopausal, and experiencing 7-8 moderate to severe hot flashes in a 24 hour period, you may be eligible to participate in this research study.
