Study Summary:

Volunteers needed for a High Cholesterol research study

You may qualify for a research study which compares the effectiveness of two different cholesterol medications that are currently on the market. One of the medications is a newly approved cholesterol medication and it will be compared against a traditional cholesterol therapy.

To qualify you must:

  • Be 18 to 80 years of age
  • Have high cholesterol
  • Meet other study requirements
Duration: 7 study visits over 20 weeks

  • Study medication
  • Study-related physical examinations
  • Dietary counseling
  • Lab work
  • Electrocardiograms (ECGs), which is a test that measures the electrical activity of the heart
Monetary compensation up to $420 provided for time and travel for those who qualify.
