Volunteers needed for influenza study.
Are you feeling ill?
Wake Research Associates is currently conducting a clinical research study of an investigational medication to see if it helps reduce symptoms of influenza such as cough, sore throat, nasal discharge, nasal congestion, sneezing and fever.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be 18 to 65 years of age
•
Have influenza
•
Have a fever of 100.04°F
•
Have NOT received a seasonal flu vaccine or H1N1 flu vaccine within last 6 months
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Qualified study participants will receive at no cost study-related medical examinations and care, study medication or placebo and compensation up to $240 for time and travel.
