Summary:
Long-term study to compare the safety of two FDA approved medications in subjects with Gout and a history of heart disease or Gout and diabetes.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Have a diagnosis of Gout
•
Have a history of heart problems or history of stroke or have diabetes
•
Be over 50 years of age if male
•
Be over 55 years of age if female
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Study medication, study related physical exams, lab work, and ekg’s, at no cost. Compensation for time and travel will also be provided.
