Summary:
We are conducting a 14-week study for patients who have been diagnosed with Overactive Bladder (OAB), including urgent urinary incontinence (UUI).
Symptoms of overactive bladder include frequency (urinate frequently (urinate frequently day and a night), urgency (sudden desire to urinate that is difficult to control), and urgency incontinence (accidental loss of urine).
Qualified Participants Must:
Be 65 years of age or older
Have Overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms for at least 3 months
Be willing to discontinue all OAB medications prior to participation
Have strong and sudden urges to urinate
Experience frequent wetting episodes'
Have health problems related to aging
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Qualified participants will receive study medication, study related physical exams, laboratories, ekg’s (at no cost), and compensations for time and travel for the required 5 doctor visits over 14 weeks.
