Summary:

We are conducting a 14-week study for patients who have been diagnosed with Overactive Bladder (OAB), including urgent urinary incontinence (UUI).

Symptoms of overactive bladder include frequency (urinate frequently (urinate frequently day and a night), urgency (sudden desire to urinate that is difficult to control), and urgency incontinence (accidental loss of urine).


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be 65 years of age or older
• Have Overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms for at least 3 months
• Be willing to discontinue all OAB medications prior to participation
• Have strong and sudden urges to urinate
• Experience frequent wetting episodes' Have health problems related to aging


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Qualified participants will receive study medication, study related physical exams, laboratories, ekg’s (at no cost), and compensations for time and travel for the required 5 doctor visits over 14 weeks.
