Summary:

This is a Phase II study involving an investigational medication to treat flu. The study is conducted over 1 month and consists of a total of 7 visits.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Attend first study visit within 48 hours of the start of any of the following flu symptoms: fever over 100 F, sweating or chills, cough or sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, headache or muscle aches, extreme tiredness
• Be 18-70 years of age and meet certain study requirements


Qualified Participants May Receive:

All study-related medical care and the investigational study medication at no charge. Compensation up to $675 will be given for qualified participants.
