Summary:
CTT is seeking men and women with Type 1 Diabetes who are currently taking insulin to participate in a study for an investigational inhaled insulin vs an already FDA approved insulin therapy. They will be evaluating the effects on body weight and blood sugar.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be 18 years of age or older
•
Be diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes for at least 1 year
•
Be a non-smoker, or have quit for at least 6 months
•
Be taking a stable dose of long-acting insulin (Lantus, Levemir or Detemir)
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Compensation for time and travel.
