Summary:

A randomized, double blind, placebo controlled, multicenter trial with an enriched study design to assess the efficacy and safety of oxycodone/naloxone controlled -release tablets (oxn) compared to placebo in opiod-experienced subjects with moderate to severe pain due to chronic low back pain who require around-the-clock opoid therapy.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Suffer from moderate to severe low back pain
• Be currently taking a narcotic for your low back pain


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Study related medications and office visits at no cost and compensation for time and travel.
