A Phase III study evaluating a once a week oral therapy in patients poorly controlled on existing treatment
Qualified Participants Must:
• 1. 40 and older
2. Type 2 diabetes
3. Poorly controlled on existing treatment including diet and exercise
4. History of heart disease, stroke, PAD
