Summary:

The Fibromyalgia Clinical Research Trial is evaluating the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medication for the treatment of fibromyalgia pain.

Fibromyalgia is most strongly associated with chronic, aching pain at many points all over the body. It is also often accompanied by fatigue, depression, cognitive “fog”, and anxiety.

The Fibromyalgia Clinical Research Trial is currently enrolling participants at roughly 50 sites nationwide. Approximately 375 men and women who suffer from fibromyalgia are expected to participate in this research study.

Participants may be compensated for their time and travel.

At no cost, qualified participants will receive:

  • Investigational medication or placebo
  • Study-related exams and evaluations

Study participants will be required to make 8 visits over approximately 3 months.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Have been experiencing moderate to severe aching pain and tenderness continuously for the last three months
• Be between 18 and 65 years of age (inclusive)
