Summary:
Prevention of major adverse cardiovascular events in adults with elevated
Lipoprotein(a) who have are at risk for a first cardiovascular event and to reduce Lipoprotein(a) values.
Qualified Participants Must:
• 55 years or older
• CAD
• PAD
• Familial hypercholesterolemia or have multiple risk factors of: - Current tobacco use
- High Blood pressure
- High cholesterol with statin use
- Coronary Artery Calcium score
- hsCRP
- Kidney disease
