Summary:
Clinical Trials of Texas, Inc. is conducting a research study to compare an investigational medication to placebo (inactive substance) when used every 2 weeks, to see how effective and safe it is in individuals with high cholesterol.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be 18 years of age or older
•
Have elevated LDL levels (bad cholesterol)
•
Have no planned cardiovascular surgeries or interventions during the study
•
Additional criteria may apply
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Reimbursement up to $1,170 will be available for time and travel. Study-related medication, tests and care from a board-certified physician at no cost.
