Summary:
Clinical Trials of Texas, Inc. (CTT) is conducting a research study for individuals 18 years and older with Type 2 Diabetes. The study will be testing the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medication when compared to the long-acting insulin, Lantus.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be 18 years of age, or older
•
Have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for at least 3 months
•
Have a BMI less than 45
•
Have an HbA1c less than 11%
•
Additional criteria may apply
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Study related medical care from a board-certified physician, study medication as well as study exams and testing. Reimbursement up to $420 will be available for time and travel.
