A 26-week study to assess the safety and efficacy of an experimental medication versus Lantus in senior patients with diabetes type 2
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be 65 years of age or older
•
Have HbA1c between 7.0% - 10.% for patients taking basal insulin
•
Have HbA1c between 7.5% - 11.0% for insulin-naïve patients
•
Have your diabetes inadequately controlled on pharmacologic anti-diabetic regimens
•
Be willing to have evening injections
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Study-related medication, study-related laboratory testing, and you may be compensated for time and travel.
