Qualified Participants Must:
Be at least 18 years of age with a BMI of 18-39
Have a diagnosis of OA of the knee confirmed by an X-ray (this can be done at screening)
Be unresponsive to any two combinations of OA therapies for at least 6 months during the
last 12 months
Not have fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, or lupus
