Summary:

The purpose of this study is to understand the biological and functional changes after one year of smoking cessation and to collect data on a broad range of related biomarkers of exposure (BoExp) and clinical risk endpoints (CRE).


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be between 30 and 65 years of age
• Be a current healthy smoker
• Have smoked for at least the last 10 years
• Have smoked more than 10 cigarettes/day on average over the last year
• Be willing to quit smoking within the next 30 days


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Study-related medical care and study medication at no cost and may be compensated for time and travel.
