Summary:

Are you constipated from your prescription pain medication?

You may be able to take part in a clinical research study investigating a new drug for constipation caused by prescription pain medication (opioid-induced constipation).


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be between 18 and 84 years of age
• Have been taking prescription pain medication for chronic pain (non-cancer related) for at least 8 weeks
• Not be pregnant or breast feeding


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Physical examinations, ECGs (tracing of your heart's rhythm), Laboratory tests, Investigational drug, and Compensation for your time and travel.
