Summary:
Have you (or someone you know) been diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes?
Are you currently using Lantus, Toujeo, Levemir, or Tresiba to treat your Type 1 diabetes?
We are looking for participants to take part in a clinical research study to determine if a morning injection of Toujeo compared to Lantus will provide better glycemic control in adult patients with type 1 diabetes.
Qualified Participants Must:
Be between 18 and 70 years of age
Have been treated for at least 1 year with basal insulin
Be currently taking Lantus, Touejo, Levemir or Tresiba within the last months or longer
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Duration of study participation is approximately 20 weeks.;
Your safety will be monitored continuously through laboratory tests, physical examination, and for reactions to the investigational study drug.;
Investigational study drug and related medical visits and tests will be provided at no cost during study participation.;
By participating in this study, you can take a more active role in your own healthcare and possibly help others who have diabetes by contributing to medical research.
