Summary:
Are you 18 and over with a history of having a heart attack, stroke, bypass surgery, or stent placement? Is your LDL > 70? We may be able to help.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be 18 years of age or older
•
Have had either a stroke, heart attack, cardiac bypass surgery, or stent placement
•
Have a LDL >70
•
Be on Maximum tolerated statin
Qualified Participants May Receive:

Physician exams
Laboratory test
Diet/exercise counseling
