Coronary Artery Disease, Ischemic Stroke, Peripheral Artery Disease, or Elevated LDL (Nosotros Hablamos Espanol) - Las Vegas NV

Summary:

If you have high LDL, have had a heart attack, heart bypass surgery, stents placed in heart vessels, stroke from lack of oxygen, or blockages in your legs, we may be able to help.

• Age 18 or older with history of diagnosed of one or more of the following:

1. High cholesterol

2. Coronary Artery Disease (history of a heart attack or Stroke due to lack of oxygent to the brain)

3. Peripheral Artery Disease ( with ABI test), and may have stents in legs

4. Taking a statin like atorvastatin 40 or 80mg, or rosuvastin 20 or 40mg, or can be statin intolerant

5. Elevated LDL

Qualified Participants May Receive:

1. Study medication at no cost

2. Study exams at no cost

3.  reimbursement for travel,
