Volunteers are needed for a research study assessing the effectiveness of a sleep intervention prior to a web- and phone-based weight loss program. The study involves 6 in-person visits and approximately 18 phone/video
sessions over an 8-month period.


Qualified Participants Must:

• have completed surgery, radiation therapy or chemotherapy at least 3 months ago
• have been on hormonal therapy for at least 3 months, if prescribed (tamoxifen or an aromatase inhibitor)
• have a Body Mass Index of 25 or higher
• be willing to lose 10% of their weight
• have trouble either falling asleep or staying asleep
• have daily access to the internet and/or a smartphone
• NOT currently be enrolled in a sleep or weight loss program
• NOT currently be taking weight loss medications or sleeping aids


Qualified Participants May Receive:

free parking and compensation.
