Summary:

“A randomized, sham controlled, double-blind, multi-center study of Neuromuscular Elecrtical Stimulation (NMES) as an Adjunctive Therapy for Knee Pain Reliefand Improving Functional Outcomesin Knee Osteoarthritis (OA) Patients”:

 

 



You must have a presence of knee osteopathic (arthritis) in one knee

You must experience knee arthritis symptoms

You must be in an age range of 21 to 85

Your physician will discuss all of the criteria with you in

PAIN - when moving your affected knee in a certain way

TENDERNESS - discomfort you feel when pressing down on your knee

SWELLING - visible in the area of the knee

STIFFNESS - when you first wake up or have been sitting at your desk all day which starts to feel better once your knee(s) have warmed through some movement or going about your daily routines


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Patients will recieve a knee brace that they use threw out the study and compensation to those who qualify.
