Summary:
Erythromycin is an antibacterial (antibiotic) drug that is used to treat infections that are proven or strongly suspected to be caused by susceptible bacteria.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Healthy males and females according to the assessment of the investigator, based on a complete medical history and physical exam.

Between the ages of 18-55
•
BMI of 18.5-29.9
•
Female subjects must meet at least one of the following criterion:
- Abstinence (i.e., sexually inactive) for at least 14 days before initial dosing and throughout the duration of the study. Female subjects will be advised to remain sexually inactive until completion of all study procedures.
- Non-hormonal double barrier method of contraception (e.g., condom with spermicide, diaphragm with spermicide) for at least 14 days before initial dosing and throughout the duration of the study
- Non-hormonal intrauterine device (IUD) in place at least 3 months before initial dosing and throughout the duration of the study.
- Surgically sterile (e.g., bilateral oophorectomy, tubal ligation, or hysterectomy), with the procedure performed at least 6 months before initial dosing.
- Naturally postmenopausal (no menses) for at least 1 year before initial dosing
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Compensation for participating up to $2,050 over the study length of 8 days / 7 nights.
