Summary:

We are seeking participants for a clinical research study who have Cardiovascular Disease (history of heart attack, stroke, or symptomatic blockage in the arteries of the lower extremities).

This study is designed to evaluate the treatment of an investigational medication along with a well-tolerated statin therapy (lipid lowering medication). The goal is to help reduce the risks of Cardiovascular Disease such as heart attacks and strokes.


Qualified Participants Must:

• 40 years of age and older
• Have had a heart attack, stroke, or symptomatic blockage in the arteries of the lower extremities
• Must be on a well-tolerated statin therapy
• Additional qualification criteria exist


Qualified Participants May Receive:

  • Reimbursement for time and travel
  • You are provided study-related care and study medicine at no cost (no health insurance required)
