Summary:

We are seeking adult participants with type 2 diabetes taking at least one ORAL diabetic medication and NOT on insulin for a clinical research study to help lower blood sugars.

The study will be evaluating the effectiveness of an investigational medication administered weekly compared with daily administered insulin glargine.



Criteria:
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Have a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes
  • Have an HbA1c value of 7.0% to 10.0%, inclusive
  • Body Mass Index (BMI) ≤ 45 kg/m²
  • Additional qualification criteria exist
