Summary:
This is a new approach to Type 2 Diabetes. We are evaluating a non-drug procedure that may help improve blood sugar without increasing medicines or insulin and decrease weight. This is a year log study with 17 office visits.
Criteria:Patients must be age 21-70, need to be on 20-100 units if Insulin every day, (can be on other certain diabetic medications as well) have an HbA1c between 7.5-10, BMI should be 24-40, with other requirement not listed.
Qualified Participants May Receive:
We will provide the non-drug procedure, Study related care such as labs, physicals as well as diabetic monitoring. We will provide compensation for time and travel for each visit. Transportation can be provided.
