Summary:

This study is being done to learn more about whether 1-dose of the FDA-approved HPV vaccine produces the same immune response as 2- or 3- doses of HPV vaccination. We will use this knowledge to inform public health decisions about broader use of 1-dose HPV vaccination.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be between the ages 18-45
• NOT have received HPV vaccination


Qualified Participants May Receive:

  • Up to 3 doses of HPV vaccine (Gardasil 9)
  • 3 Fine Needle Aspirations (FNAs) of the lymph nodes
  • 2 Bone Marrow Aspirations (BMAs)
  • Up to $2,465 - $2,890 for completing all study procedures including 14-17 clinic visits with blood draws over 66 months
