Summary:
If you are 40-80 with diagnosed moderate to severe COPD, taking long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA), long-acting beta agonist (LABA), and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS). LAMA/LABA controller therapy is acceptable if ICS is contraindicated, call us!
Qualified Participants Must:
Be 40-80 years old
Be on long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA), long-acting beta agonist (LABA), and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS). LAMA/LABA controller therapy is acceptable if ICS is contraindicated
Be a current or former smoker
Needed antibiotics or steroids twice in the last 12 months
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Free exams, pulmonary function tests, help with COPD medications, reimbursement for time and travel, and study medication that can help improve lung function.
