Summary:


Moderate to Severe Plaque Psoriasis in Adolescents

This study focuses on adolescents between 12 and less than 18 years of age who have been diagnosed with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. Plaque psoriasis is a chronic, immune-mediated skin condition characterized by raised, red, scaly patches (plaques) that can be itchy, painful, and may significantly affect quality of life. Moderate to severe disease typically involves a larger body surface area, higher Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) scores, or cases in which systemic therapy or phototherapy is clinically indicated.

We are seeking volunteers for a clinical study evaluating the safety and effectiveness of a treatment for Moderate to Severe Plaque Psoriasis. If you or someone you know may be interested, please contact us to learn more about eligibility and potential benefits.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Participants must be between 12 and 18 years of age
• Participant is on a phototherapy or systemic treatment of psoriasis
• Diagnosed with Plaque Psoriasis
• Female participants must not be pregnant or breastfeeding
