Summary:
A Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled, 53-Week Study Evaluating the Safety and Efficacy of Intra-articular Injections of TPX-100 in Subjects with Mild to Severe TibioFemoral Osteoarthritis of the Knee.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Adult 50 to 80 years of age
•
Clinical Diagnosis of Knee Osteoarthritis (OA)
•
Willing NOT to use non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as aspirin, ibuprofen (Motrin® or equivalent), or naproxen (Aleve® or equivalent) during the 4-week injection period
•
Willing NOT to use non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as aspirin, ibuprofen (Motrin® or equivalent), or naproxen (Aleve® or equivalent) during the 4-week injection period.
Qualified Participants May Receive:
-Study related office visits, labs, and diagnostic testing at no cost
