Profound Research and Seaside Medical Group are enrolling an Osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee study that is assessing an investigational medication to see if it reduces knee pain and improves joint function.
To be eligible to participate, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age with a BMI of 18-39
- Have a diagnosis of OA of the knee confirmed by an X-ray (this can be done at screening)
- Be unresponsive to any two combinations of OA therapies for at least 6 months during the last 12 months
- Not have fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, or lupus
