We are conducting a study to better understand brain and neurological diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and related conditions. This research focuses on special nerve cells located inside the nose that are able to provide a window into what is happening in the brain.
If you choose to participate, a physician will gently collect a small sample of cells from inside your nose using a soft brush, very much like a covid swab. This procedure is minimally invasive and takes only a few minutes. The collected samples will be used for research purposes only, to study how neurological diseases develop and to support the development of future diagnostic tools and treatments. Your privacy will be protected, and your personal identifying information will not be shared.
You will receive compensation of at least $100 for your time and effort.
