Summary:
If you or a loved one have itchy, dry, and cracked skin due to eczema (atopic dermatitis), you may be eligible to participate in the Admiration Trial. The purpose of this study is to evaluate if an investigational treatment called ATI-045 is safe and effective in treating the symptoms of eczema. Participation will last up to 9 months, including screening and follow-up. Volunteers will visit the study site approximately 18 times to undergo various assessments of their health.
Through this trial, researchers hope to increase their understanding of ATI-045 and eczema, with the goal of helping future eczema patients like you.
Qualified Participants Must:
Be 18-70 years old
Have had a diagnosis of eczema for ≥6 months
Have eczema that covers at least 10% of their body (10 palm prints)
Be available for 18 visits over 9 months

Trial treatment, visits, tests, and procedures will be provided at no cost to you. The study staff will tell you about any reimbursement for trial-related travel expenses.
