Summary:

The purpose of this study is to determine if a dietary supplement (compared to a placebo} included with a normal diet results in reduced symptoms of gluten sensitivity in a standard population.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be willing to abstain from other dietary supplements through the four week clinical
• Be willing to come to the Kennesaw State University between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm at the beginning and end of the trial
• Be willing to consume dietary supplement or placebo in capsule forms
• Be willing to complete two questionnaires describing symptoms following consumption of meal and supplement at specified times on the same day as meal consumption and return them to the study investigators
• Be Willing to have their blood and urine sampled at the beginning and end of the trial


Qualified Participants May Receive:

$100 compensation for time/effort at the conclusion of the trial.
