Summary:

Is depression affecting your quality of life?

Northwest Behavior Research Center in Marietta, Georgia is seeking volunteers living with depression to participate in a local research study.

You may qualify if you:

  • Are between the ages of 18-65 years old
  • Have been taking an anti-depressant for at least 6 weeks with little to no improvement in symptoms
  • Have been experiencing a depressive episode for 8 weeks or longer
  • Do not have a history of substance abuse or manic/hypomanic episodes
  • Are not living with a psychiatric diagnosis other than depression
  • Do not have a history of cardiovascular disease
  • Do not have a newly diagnosed or uncontrolled thyroid condition
  • Have no history of seizure disorder
All study-related medications and assessments will be provided at no-cost by a local doctor to those who qualify.
